Gridfinity is a modular organization system based on standardized open-source 3D-printing templates, allowing you to easily print matching components yourself. Because this concept aligns perfectly with our modular uversa philosophy while offering you maximum flexibility, we are pleased to make this open-source solution available to you.

For the module holder ELO-MH30, we developed a storage plate with an integrated Gridfinity grid that hooks directly into the holder. This creates a compact, ready-to-use surface on which you can place any Gridfinity containers and seamlessly integrate them into your uversa setup.
The STL file is provided free to download for you.
We also offer you a matching Gridfinity box as
a free STL template .

Gridfinity is an open, modular organization system originally developed by Zack Freedman and now widely used in workshops, laboratories, and hobby spaces around the world. It is based on a standardized grid system that keeps all containers, holders, and base plates compatible with one another, allowing you to design and print them yourself or use models created by the community.
To use Gridfinity, simply download a suitable STL file, prepare it in your slicer for your 3D printer, and then place the printed container into the grid.
The following fundamental principles ensure that all parts remain reliably compatible with one another:

The surface is based on square “units” measuring 42 × 42 mm. Each of these units can be flexibly equipped with boxes, holders, or specialized inserts, making the system highly versatile in its application. - Standardized heights:

All modules are designed for trouble-free printing, making them ideal for individual customization. - Magnetic retention:
Small magnets can be optionally inserted into the base plates and modules. This ensures a secure fit while maintaining full flexibility.
