Gantry structures

Gantry Setup Duo
The gantry setup consists of two vertical supports equipped with the Duo modules PEX-DS, EVO-DT, and EVO-DM, to which linear axes can be mounted.

Gantry Setup Mono
This gantry setup consists of two vertical supports and a horizontal axis designed with the Mono modules PEX-MS and EVO-MM. In addition, the DIA-SR adjustment ring ensures precise positioning of the modules.

Gantry Setup Mono and Duo
The gantry setup includes two vertical supports and a dual horizontal axis. It is composed of the Mono modules PEX-MS and EVO-MT, as well as the Duo modules EVO-DM and EVO-KM. In addition, the ELO-MH mounting element is integrated, allowing cable channels to be attached with exceptional ease.

Gantry Setup Rotation
The gantry setup features a linear guide and a tactile rotary table with a 360° rotating arm mounted above it. It utilizes SENO modules from the sensor series, as well as Mono and Duo modules from the PEX and EVO ranges.

Gantry Setup with Integrated Cobot
The robust gantry setup is designed for automated component removal and is equipped with a cobot. It uses the PEX-DS60-S and EVO-DT6050-S modules for right-angled connections, as well as the EVO-DM50-S module for mounting the cobot. In addition, aluminum shafts (AWMP) serve as stable guide columns, ensuring excellent structural stability.

Gantry Setup with 12 mm Columns
The setup consists of two PEX-MS12 units serving as vertical supports and a SENO-KV12-12 cross connector. This makes it ideal for the simple installation of sensor components and equally suitable for demonstration purposes in laboratory and experimental setups.

SENO Series Mounts for Profile Installation
The SENO-BSS12 standard base allows direct mounting onto profiles, whereas the SENO-GS12 sensor mount provides an optimal solution for installing proximity sensors.

SENO Series Sensor Mounts for Profile Installation
The SENO-BSL12 long base allows direct attachment to profiles. Furthermore, the SENO-KV8-12 cross connector functions as a connecting element to the SENO-GP8 sensor mount, providing an easy and reliable way to install proximity sensors.

SENO Series Mounting Solutions for Profile Installation
The SENO-BSK12 short base enables direct mounting onto profiles. In addition, the SENO-TV12 T-connector serves as a linking element to the SENO-GV12 joint connector. The SENO-LH light sensor holder, featuring a rotation function, is also suitable for accommodating light sensors from all common manufacturers.

SENO Series Mounting System for Profiles
The sensor mounting for your belt system is implemented using the modules SENO-BSS12 (standard base), SENO-TV12 (T-connector), and the SENO-LH light sensor holder.

Sensor Mounting on Installation Surfaces
The SENO-SF12 and SENO-SF8 sensor bases enable direct attachment of sensor mounts to installation surfaces. In addition, the SENO-TV8 T-connector provides an alternative mounting option for proximity sensors. With the SENO-RV12-12 rotary connector, the SENO-LH light sensor holder can be continuously adjusted, making it suitable for light sensors from all common manufacturers.

Mounting Solution for Sensors on Installation Surfaces
The SENO-SF12 and SENO-SF8 sensor bases allow the attachment of sensor mounts on work surfaces. In addition, the SENO-GS8 sensor holder accommodates proximity switches. The SENO-KV8-12 cross connector links to the SENO-LH light sensor holder, which is suitable for light sensors from all common manufacturers.

Profile Mounting with SENO Modules
The SENO-BSS12 standard base allows direct mounting onto profiles, while the SENO-TV12 T-connector serves as an alternative holder for proximity sensors.

Sensor Integration on Mounting Surfaces and Profiles
The SENO modules offer various options for integrating sensors. In the example shown, the following components are used: the SENO-BSS and SENO-BSK bases, the SENO-KV cross connector, the SENO-RV rotary connector, the SENO-GP and SENO-GS sensor holders, the SENO-TV T-connector, the SENO-LH light sensor holder, and the SENO-GH fork light barrier holder.

Configuration Option for Linear Axis Mounts
The VARO-JM adjustment module offers various application possibilities and is complemented by the modules PEX-DS (duo base), DIA-SR (adjustment ring), EVO-MM (mono module), and EVO-DM (duo module)

Linear Axis Integration – Double
The double, height-adjustable setup consists of PEX-DS duo bases combined with the DIA-SR adjustment ring and is complemented by the EVO-KM clamping module as well as the EVO-DM duo modules. This configuration is ideally suited for the secure mounting of components.

Linear Axis Integration – Single
The single, height-adjustable setup consists of PEX-DS duo bases combined with the DIA-SR adjustment ring. This makes it ideal for the secure mounting of components.

Linear Axis Mounts
The example setup includes the following components: PEX-DS (duo base), EVO-DM (duo module), DIA-SR (adjustment ring), and VARO-JM (adjustment module), enabling a stable and flexible mounting of components.

Toggle Press
The setup includes the components PEX-DS (duo base), EVO-KM (clamping module), and AXIS-SA (floating compensation).
This configuration results in a precisely guided toggle press with uniform force transmission and high repeatability.
Testing setups

Camera Inspection
The example setup includes the components PEX-DS (duo base), EVO-DM (duo module), EVO-KM (clamping module), and ELO-MH (module holder), enabling a stable, height-adjustable mounting of camera and lighting units.

Press Frame – Square
The frame consists of four columns designed with the PEX-MS mono base modules.

Press Frame – Rectangular
The frame consists of four columns designed with the PEX-MS mono base modules. Alternatively, the double base module PEX-DS can also be used in this setup.

Frame for Protective Enclosure
The transparent protective enclosure features a stable frame structure composed of stainless-steel columns (VIA-VSE) and EVO-MV module connectors.

Press Setup
The setup consists of four columns constructed with PEX-MS mono base modules and is complemented by the ELO-MH module holder, allowing easy attachment of additional components.

Floating Compensation AXIS-SA50
AXIS-SA50 ist ein Modul zur Kompensation von Positions- und Winkeltoleranzen in Montage- und Fügeprozessen. Es ermöglicht nicht nur ein spannungsfreies, sondern auch ein zentrisches Fügen, selbst wenn Fertigungstoleranzen vorhanden sind – etwa beim Kontaktieren oder Einpressen. Eine überfederte Mittenzentrierung sorgt dabei für die automatische Ausrichtung in XY-Richtung, sodass der Montageprozess zuverlässig und ohne zusätzliche Korrekturen abläuft. Das Modul gleicht sowohl einen Radialversatz von ± 1 mm in XY-Richtung als auch Rotationsabweichungen von ± 3° aus, wodurch gleichzeitig hohe Zug- und Druckkräfte in Z-Richtung zuverlässig übertragen werden.
VARO Justieren
VARO-JM ermöglicht eine exakte Justierung der Elemente im X-Y-Bereich, um Fertigungstoleranzen effektiv zu kompensieren. Es eignet sich hervorragend zur Montage auf Arbeitsflächen oder zur Einbindung in Baugruppen und ist kompatibel mit unseren Mono- und Duosockeln. Das VARO-Modul ist in einer Vielzahl von Größen verfügbar, um Ihren spezifischen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden: 12mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm und 60mm. Damit bieten wir eine flexible Lösung, die sich perfekt in Ihre Projekte und Anwendungen integrieren lässt.
