The Uversa Sustainability Program

After completion of your project, we are willing upon request, to repurchase used uversa parts, and pay you an amount of up to 20% of the original sales price. This does not only represent savings for the cost of your project, but also a meaningful contribution to environmental protection.

After repurchasing our uversa products, we will inspect them carefully and offer them to the clientele as „used goods“ in our shop.

As the idea of sustainability increasingly attracts manufacturers in whole mechanical engineering industry, we do believe that this kind of support for environmental protection proves the modern attitude of our company.

1. Contact us

As soon as the project is coming to an end and the machine is intended to be dismantled, give us a message, so we can discuss details. In the case of serious damages of course, it would be useful to inform us at once, so subsequent discussions can be avoided. Then you can send back the parts/products agreed.

2. Inspection and assessment by our technicians

Upon receipt, our technical staff examines the products and determines the amount for reimbursement. Up to 20 % of the original sales price are possible, depending on the state of the parts.

We will send you an offer by mail for reimbursement. If you do not accept our offer, or if reimbursement due to the state of the products (e.g. in the case of considerable damages) is not possible, we will send you back the goods at our own cost.

3. Payment within some days

Within some days, you will receive the amount agreed, not as a voucher, but by credit transfer.

General Exclusions / Refuse of Repurchase
Columns (shafts) are generally excluded from the mentioned procedure. In specific cases we reserve the right to reject repurchase, regardless of the state of the products.
