VARO-JM is used for precise adjustment of components in the X–Y plane. With an adjustment range of ±3 mm, manufacturing tolerances can be specifically compensated and components aligned with precision.

2. How does adjustment in the X–Y plane work?

Adjustment is carried out via two lateral socket head cap screws, which allow the module to be continuously aligned in both directions. This enables millimeter-precise positioning without the need to readjust the entire assembly.

3. How is the VARO-JM installed?

You can mount the module directly on a work surface or integrate it into an existing assembly. In addition, the adjustment module can also be installed in a vertical or inverted orientation, allowing it to be flexibly adapted to different design requirements.

4. In which variants is the VARO-JM available?

The module is made of anodized aluminum and is available in several colors. On request, a conductive ESD coating is available, making the module suitable for sensitive working environments.

5. Which components is the VARO-JM compatible with?

The VARO-JM can be combined directly with the PEX-MS, PEX-DS, EVO-KM, and EVO-DM modules. This allows the module to be seamlessly integrated into existing uversa systems. Each version of the adjustment module is designed for the corresponding system size, such as VARO-JM12 for 12-size modules or VARO-JM20 for 20-size modules.
