The VARO-JMR40 is the optimized successor to the well-established alignment module VARO-JM40. Featuring an extended adjustment range of ±14 mm in the X direction and ±8.5 mm in the Y direction, as well as a rotational fine adjustment of ±6.5°, it provides maximum flexibility for precise alignment of assemblies.

The VARO-JMR40 Adjustment Module 2.0 is the optimized version of the proven VARO-JM40. It is designed for modern mechanical engineering and ensures maximum precision in the alignment of assemblies.

The adjustment range is ±14 mm in the X direction and ±8.5 mm in the Y direction. This allows designers to precisely align assemblies and reliably compensate for manufacturing tolerances. The slotted mounting holes additionally allow rotational fine adjustment of ±6.5°, enabling flexible adaptation for complex constructions.

The VARO-JMR40 Adjustment Module 2.0 is made of anodized aluminum. It impresses with stability and durability. Various colors are available, and upon request, the module can also be supplied with an ESD-conductive coating – ideal for sensitive production environments.

Within the uversa modular system, the VARO-JMR40 can be combined with mono and duo bases or expanded with additional modules. This gives designers maximum freedom when creating modular, high-precision machinery and plant engineering concepts.

Compatible modules include PEX-MS40, PEX-DS40, EVO-KM40, EVO-MM40 and EVO-DM40, which can be mounted directly.
