EVO-DT6050 is a module for connecting two system columns at a 90° angle. It allows columns of different sizes to be combined.

The module is suitable for building portal structures and is integrated directly into load-bearing constructions. It ensures stability and precision within modular assemblies.

EVO-DT6050 is available exclusively in black anodized finish. Colored anodized or ESD-coated versions can be provided on request, allowing the module to be flexibly adapted to different requirements.

Within the uversa system, the EVO-DT6050 is connected via VIA series columns and shafts with diameters of 60 mm and 50 mm using the PEX-DS60 and PEX-DS50 modules. This connection creates a precise and stable unit that is ideally suited for load-bearing or expandable structures. In addition, the EVO series includes further modules which, like the PEX-DS components, can be combined with the EVO-DT via the shafts of the VIA series, enabling versatile and accurately fitting assemblies.

1. What is the EVO-DT used for?

The EVO-DT connects two system columns at a 90° angle, creating stable frame or portal structures. It is used wherever precise transitions and a high level of repeatability are required. Thanks to its compact design, the EVO-DT can be easily integrated into existing systems and provides load-bearing connections.

2. What advantages does the EVO-DT offer in system assembly?

With the EVO-DT, you can combine columns of different sizes, allowing structures to be flexibly expanded or adapted. The stable geometry ensures a load-bearing connection, while the precise manufacturing enables accurate alignment. This allows you to build stable and repeatable structures without the need for additional adjustments.

3. How is the EVO-DT installed?

The EVO-DT consists of three individual components, one of which functions as a clamping plate. You fasten the elements using socket head cap screws and connect them directly to the required columns. The precisely manufactured locating and mounting bores allow the columns to be aligned exactly at a 90° angle, creating a stable and load-bearing connection. Thanks to its well-engineered design, the EVO-DT is easy to install and can be quickly loosened again if required, allowing adjustments to be made at any time.

4. What material is the EVO-DT made of?

The EVO-DT is made of high-quality aluminum and features a black anodized surface as standard. This coating protects against corrosion and ensures that the module remains durable and long-lasting. On request, the EVO-DT can also be supplied with a colored anodized finish or an ESD coating. Both options are considered custom versions and are produced individually, which may result in longer delivery times.

5. Which applications is the EVO-DT particularly suitable for?

You use the EVO-DT wherever columns need to be connected at a right angle, for example in portals, frames, or load-bearing structures. Thanks to its precisely manufactured geometry and robust design, it supports the construction of load-bearing assemblies in mechanical engineering and fixture construction. This results in a reliable connecting element that is both stable and flexible in use.
