The VARO-JMR20 is the optimized successor to the well-established alignment module VARO-JM20. Featuring an extended adjustment range of ±9 mm in the X direction and ±5.5 mm in the Y direction, as well as a rotational fine adjustment of ±6°, it provides maximum flexibility for precise alignment of assemblies.

The VARO-JMR20 Adjustment Module 2.0 is the further developed version of the proven VARO-JM20. It was designed for precise applications in mechanical engineering. The module enables exact adjustment in the XY plane and reliably compensates for manufacturing tolerances. The extended adjustment range of ±9 mm in the X direction and ±5.5 mm in the Y direction provides additional flexibility for precise positioning of components and assemblies.

The slotted mounting holes are a distinctive feature. They allow not only linear adjustments but also rotational fine adjustment of up to ±6°. This makes the module suitable for fixed work surfaces as well as for integration into complex mechanical engineering constructions.

Das Modul besteht aus eloxiertem Aluminium. Es ist in mehreren Farben verfügbar und auf Wunsch auch mit ESD-conductive coating lieferbar – ideal für sensible Einsatzbereiche.

As part of the uversa modular system, the VARO-JMR20 Adjustment Module 2.0 can be combined with mono and duo bases and flexibly connected with additional modules. This provides designers with many possibilities for the modular and precise construction of machinery and plant systems.

Compatible modules include PEX-MS20, PEX-DS20, EVO-KM20, EVO-MM20 and EVO-DM20, which can be mounted directly.
