EVO-MT5040 is a module for the right-angle connection of one system column to two columns. Columns of different sizes can be combined, allowing for expansion or reduction. The robust design ensures precise transitions in load-bearing structures.

Typical applications include structural branches in modular assemblies where a single column transitions into two load-bearing elements.

EVO-MT5040 is available exclusively in black anodized finish. Colored anodized or ESD-coated versions can be provided on request, allowing the module to be flexibly adapted to different requirements.

Within the uversa system, the EVO-MT5040 is connected via VIA series columns and shafts with diameters of 50 mm and 40 mm using the PEX-MS50 and PEX-DS40 modules. This connection creates a precise and stable unit that is ideally suited for load-bearing or expandable structures. In addition, the EVO series includes further modules which, like the PEX-MS and PEX-DS components, can be combined with the EVO-MT via the shafts of the VIA series, enabling versatile and precisely fitting assemblies.

1. What is the EVO-MT used for?

The EVO-MT connects one column at a right angle to two additional columns, creating a stable transition within a modular structure. This allows load-bearing structures to be built or expanded, while the precise design ensures accurate connection points.

2. What advantages does the EVO-MT offer in system assembly?

With the EVO-MT, you can connect columns of different sizes, allowing structures to be flexibly expanded or reduced. This eliminates the need for additional adapters while maintaining a high level of dimensional accuracy. In addition, the stable geometry ensures that all transitions fit precisely and that loads are evenly distributed into the structure.

3. How is the EVO-MT installed?

The EVO-MT consists of three individual components that you connect directly to one another using socket head cap screws. During assembly, you align the columns precisely using the accurately manufactured locating and mounting bores to create a firm and load-bearing connection. Thanks to the clear design, assembly is quick and straightforward, allowing the module to be easily adjusted or expanded if required.

4. What material is the EVO-MT made of?

The EVO-MT is made of high-quality aluminum and is anodized black as standard. This surface treatment reliably protects the component against corrosion while also ensuring durability and long service life.

5. Which applications is the EVO-MT particularly suitable for?

The EVO-MT is used wherever modular systems branch or need to be expanded in multiple directions. Typical applications include frames, portals, and support structures where a single column transitions into two supports. Thanks to its robust design and precise bores, the EVO-MT securely connects the elements and ensures that the entire structure remains load-bearing. This makes the module suitable for flexible use in mechanical engineering and fixture construction, supporting precise and repeatable assembly.
