Responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities

At KonTec, we are committed to achieving the highest level of quality and reliability in our products and services, with the security of our systems playing a central role. To accomplish this, we rely on the support of external security experts, partners, and attentive customers.

We warmly invite anyone who discovers a potential security vulnerability in our systems to report it to us confidentially. We will acknowledge the receipt of every vulnerability report as quickly as possible. Each reported issue will be assessed, and we will inform the reporting individual about the expected timeframe for a potential fix. Once the vulnerability has been resolved, we will notify the reporting individual accordingly.

KonTec is committed to taking no legal action against individuals who report vulnerabilities, as long as they do not cause any harm and do not compromise the privacy or security of our customers or the operation of our services.
