Shipping methods

The shipping method is automatically adjusted according to the weight and destination of your order.

• Standard shipping (up to 31 kg)
  Delivery usually takes place within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
• Freight shipping (from 31 kg)
  Large or heavy orders are shipped via freight carrier. Depending on size and destination, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs

We calculate the shipping costs automatically in your cart, based on the weight of your order, the order value, and your delivery address. You will also receive a detailed breakdown once the cart has been updated.

• Standard shipping costs
  The exact costs will be displayed once you have updated your delivery address and cart.
• Freight shipping costs
  Larger and heavier orders are shipped via freight carrier. The costs for this vary depending on the item and the destination.
• Additional costs for higher order values
  For shipments with an order value exceeding €500, an additional fee of €7 is charged for extended insurance coverage. This fee is imposed by the shipping provider to ensure comprehensive protection in the event of damage.

• Shipping delays
  Should delivery delays occur in rare cases, for example due to high shipping volumes or adverse weather conditions, we will inform you immediately.
• Delivery areas
  We deliver within Germany, the EU, and selected international regions. If you require delivery to a country outside our standard delivery area, please contact us directly.
