The VARO-JMR12 is the optimized successor to the well-established alignment module VARO-JM12. Featuring an extended adjustment range of ±7.5 mm in the X direction and ±4.5 mm in the Y direction, as well as a rotational fine adjustment of ±2.5°, it provides maximum flexibility for precise alignment of assemblies.

The VARO-JMR12 Adjustment Module 2.0 for mechanical engineering is the next stage of development of the proven VARO-JM12 adjustment module and is specifically designed for applications in mechanical engineering. It enables precise adjustment in the XY plane and reliably compensates for manufacturing tolerances. With an extended adjustment range of ±7.5 mm in the X direction and ±4.5 mm in the Y direction, it provides additional flexibility for precise positioning.

A special feature of the VARO-JMR12 is the slotted mounting holes, which allow not only linear adjustment but also rotational fine adjustment of ±2.5°. This makes the module suitable both for fixed work surfaces and for integration into complex assemblies.

Made of anodized aluminum, it is available in several colors and can also be supplied with an ESD coating upon request.

As part of the uversa modular system, the adjustment module can be combined with mono and duo bases and flexibly connected with additional modules. This provides designers with an extended range of options for the modular construction of machinery and plant systems.

Compatible modules include PEX-MS12, PEX-DS12, EVO-KM12 and EVO-DM12, which can be mounted directly.
